The Magnificent Rebel (1962)
I did a quick read-up on The Magnificent Rebel before watching it, and learned that it was a Beethoven movie. I was then somewhat disappointed to find out that it was about the deaf composer and not the lovable St. Bernard. Oh well. This movie was pretty much biographical, and a tad on the boring side, but I got this out of it: bad acting in a period piece is just *that* much more funny, and Beethoven was kind of a dick.
